Nature of Services

All services offered by Webixo are custom digital services, including but not limited to website development, app development, digital marketing, graphic designing, content creation, video services, IT support, and consulting.
Due to the customized and time-bound nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Pricing Information

Our service charges start from ₹9,500 and may go up to ₹80,000, depending on project scope, complexity, and client requirements.
Final pricing is confirmed only after proper consultation and mutual agreement.

Advance Payment Policy

  • An advance payment is required to initiate any project.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of our terms, scope of work, and timelines.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project work has started.

  • If the project is canceled before work initiation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

  • No cancellation requests will be accepted once the project work has begun.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once the project has entered the development, design, or execution phase.

  • If a project is canceled after partial completion, no refund will be issued for the completed or ongoing work.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Delay caused by the client (content, approvals, or communication delays)

    • Change of mind after project initiation

    • Third-party tools, software, hosting, domains, plugins, or licenses purchased for the project

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Digital Products & Services

  • All digital products, downloadable files, and online services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • No physical goods are shipped.
